The Perfect Phone

The Mobile phone manufacturers are moving ahead so fast and with such variety that its hard to keep up. Now when a person decides to buy a phone, they have to spend some time looking through all the different brands to find something that is both in budget and has all the required features.

But there is a big problem here, if you ignore all the gimmicks and focus on the essential features that a phone should have you will find that such a phone is really hard to find. If it has the price going for you, its probably lacking in some value added feature like unsatisfactory camera and even if you are a big spender you will find it hard to find something comfortable. With the flag ships now approaching bigger screen sizes every year, the size is becoming a nuisance and the user interfaces are just becoming too clusters and full of stuff that doesn't really help much.

So a perfect phone should be such that its comfortable to keep and hold, easy to use and should have premium components that really matter.

Another problem that arises when such a phone is selected is the app support. Companies to whom the premium components still matter tend to be egoistic about what operating system they want to use and so they thrust upon the user their own propriety OS which would sometimes not have top notch app support.

Black Berry:
They use good material to make their phones and their offering in communication technology are awesome. But the biggest problem with them is their OS which they fail to understand is outdated and over complicated. If they made a Z10 size phone with Android and a bit more oomph on the hardware size , they would have a winner!. Granted they need more control on the hardware side to better manage their exclusive features but they could do it like Nokia and Modify android the way they think is best.

Apple:
By far the most premium phone on the market are by apple and the best looking too. the size is also most desirable and they manage to offer performance thats comparable to octacore abilities by the android rivals with just dual cores. but apple is not a peoples champ, they do not give you freedom on how you want to use your phone but they compel you to use it the way they think is best. So, as a result, you cant fully use the bluetooth nor you can explore the files within the system, the customization is very limited and sharing capabilities are few. This not love people! this is dictating and in-forcing their ideas on us!

Android Phones
These are without a doubt, the kings of support and compatibility. You can use the bluetooth any way you want, get any app you want, customize the interface the way you want and basically it's the people's champion. It portraits the image of Google as the Nice guys doing nice things for the people. But while choosing a phone you will notice how humongous they have become and loaded with stuff that you don't really need and the battery drains so much you can hardly go about without worrying about charging and the interface has been overcomplicated. You could choose simpler phones but then you would have to compromise on build quality and performance. This is not so very nice from the manufacturers! and the backlash of all the openness is, Malware! and Depreciating performance and the Phone filling up with junk stuff generated from every day use and the phones tend to get buggy at times. Android is not the most stable operating system.

The Perfect Phone:
This would be some thing that has the screen size of IPhone (though it could be a bit bigger) with a simplistic and customizable interface, one that has the ease of use as those low end Nokia phones that you could operate without even looking at them, and the freedom of android with a true HD screen with top notch performance, Now THAT would be winner!

There was a campaign a while ago that wanted to create enough noise for the companies to notice and make such a phone, the companies have since started producing mini versions of their flagships but non of them have truly become the perfect phone.
